Een relatief korte route, ideaal om de dorpen te zien die verspreid zijn over de noordelijke voet van de berg Vrissinas.
Agia Irini is een dorp waar het homonym klooster van Agia Irini dateert uit 1362.In 1995 ontving het klooster de Europa Nostra European Conservation and Renovation for Architectural Monuments Award.
.Tegenwoordig barst het van de spiritualiteit als gemeenschap van tien nonnen, bezig met hagiografie, weven en borduurwerk. In het klooster bevindt zich ook een kerkelijk museum.
